Returns & Exchanges
At Le Dune we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Change-of-mind returns
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free from marks, odours, or signs of wear
Change-of-mind return shipping is at the customer's expense, and we recommend a tracked service as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
How to start a return
Email us at todd@ledune.co with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to swap a size or colour is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, email us and we'll arrange it subject to stock availability.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you, including return postage. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Sale and final-sale items
Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions above. / Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
Your consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
